Returns Policy

#You may return any goods purchased from us provided that the item or items are in brand new condition including any tags and boxes.

You must have your receipt and contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Items returned in brand new condition during 14 days will be eligible for exchange or refund. If you are unable to return goods within this time frame please contact the store to discuss other arrangements.

*Any extra costs for postage will be the responsibility of the customer.   

Please take special care of hats as they can be miss shaped easily, its recommended that Akubra hats be stored upside down on the crown without anything touching the brim.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with both your details and the details of the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

#Some items such as Underwear - earnings are non returnable items.

Most goods will be posted with Australia post the next business day from confirmation of payment.
